How to delete your 123 Virtual Clinic account, and what happens when you do.

Open the 123 Virtual Clinic app and sign in. Tap More, then Delete account.
On this website
Sign in, open My profile, then choose Delete account.

Call +1 604-755-4408 or email moa@123walkin.com from the phone number or email on your account, and we’ll delete it for you.
What happens
- You’re signed out and can’t sign in again, in the app or on this website.
- We stop sending you texts, emails and visit reminders.
- A visit you still have booked is cancelled first. The app and website ask you before they do it.
- Your medical records stay with the clinic, because doctors must keep them by law.
- To use your account again later, contact the clinic.
